Liwu Shop LLC ships hardware, home essentials, and general merchandise exclusively to physical addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories unless pre-approved). This policy applies to all physical items—digital resources (if applicable) are delivered electronically. 2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Free standard ground shipping is available for orders over $100 (continental U.S. only).

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

6. Address Changes
